• Dominican controlled much of the opening 20 minutes of play
• Benedictine led only briefly in the half, holding a 3-2advantage following a three-pointer from Tahron Harvey
• Dominican knocked down open looks and held a 28-21 edge with 6:59 to play in the half, connecting on five three-pointers
• Adam Reynolds. Zach Gorney and Harvey all converted on layups to pull within 28-27
• Benedictine slowed down Dominican and closed the half on a 9-4 run to grab the lead at the half
• Harvey, Brayden Olson, and Kenny Bogus all converted on layups as Benedictine scored the final six points
• Bogus dropped in a pass from Harvey to hand Benedictine a 40-39 advantage just before the buzzer
• Benedictine led for only 28 seconds of the half
• The second half opened in similar fashion as Dominican splashed in a pair of three-pointers
