performance at each of the five positions from the previous
week.

Women's
Maggie Prewitt
Prewitt averaged 26.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 4.0
assists in two SCAC home wins. In an 80-57 win over Austin, Prewitt
scored 26 points, grabbed four rebounds and had three assists and
two steals. Two days later, she scored 27 points with six rebounds,
five assists and a block in an 82-74 win over Colorado College. In
the two games combined, Prewitt made 18 of her 30 (60.0%) shot
attempts, including 5 of 11 (45.5%) from the three-point line.
Chelsie Schweers
Schweers shot 60.7 percent from the field in three
games, leading the No. 11 Captains to a 3-0 mark. She punctuated
the week with a career-game against Meredith on Sunday, scoring a
career-high 45 points while knocking down a program-record 11
3-pointers. The 45 points are second best all-time at CNU and 11
3's ties the NCAA's second best mark for a game. She also had seven
treys against Peace, finishing the game with 29 points. Schweers
added six rebounds, nearly four assists, and more than a steal per
game. Also during this week, Schweers passed the 2,500-point mark
for her career.
Jordan Burkholder
Burkholder averaged 26.5 points per game and became
Bridgewater's all-time leading scorer in the process. She was also
credited with 6.0 steals per game and shot 21-for-22 from the
free-throw line.
Kaitlyn Ober
Ober averaged 20 points, 9.5 rebounds, four assists and
1.5 steals in a pair of Warrior wins. She scored 22 points to go
along with eight rebounds, three assists, a block and a steal to
lead Lycoming to a win against Albright. She notched her fourth
double-double of the season in win against Wilkes on Wednesday, as
she posted 18 points and 11 rebounds.
Taylor Simpson
Simpson turned in back-to-back double-doubles as the
Maroons remained undefeated in UAA play with wins against Case
Western Reserve and Carnegie Mellon. After scoring 23 points and
grabbing 19 rebounds against Case, she finished with 28 points and
14 boards against Carnegie Mellon. In the two games, Simpson shot
61.8% from the field and 80% from the foul line (8-for-10), while
registering nine assists against three turnovers.
Men's
Matt Addison
Addison scorched the nets by averaging 27.5 points in two
Hardin-Simmons wins. He hit a buzzer-beater to send the game
against Texas Lutheran to overtime as part of a 32-point night. He
had 23 points and 10 assists in a win against Schreiner. Since
coming back from breaking his non-shooting hand (which is still
broken) on Dec. 4, he has averaged 29 points, 6.5 assists and 4.0
steals per game and shot 44 percent from 3-point range.
Brandon Irwin
Irwin led all scorers in two games this week. His 31-point
performance lifted the Jackets to an upset win over ASC West leader
Mary Hardin-Baylor. He then had another 30-point outing two days
later vs. Concordia (Texas). It was his third consecutive 30-point
game and his fourth of the year.
Will Bowser
Bowser scored 14 consecutive points early in the second half to
rally the Dutchmen and had eight of Hope's 15 points in overtime in
Hope's 90-85 win against Kalamazoo. Bowser averaged 36.0 points,
shooting 9-for-17 from 3-point range for the week. He added 26
points in rallying from an 18-point deficit against archrival
Calvin.
David Golembiowski
Golembiowski led the Wildcats to a perfect 3-0 record in
three NEAC games. He finished with three-game averages of 26.3
points and 16.3 rebounds while shooting 66 percent from the field
and 8-for-15 from 3-point range. He grabbed 17 rebounds in two of
the three contests, which were both a season high.
Andrew Steioff
Steifoff averaged just four rebounds per game, but made
up for it by not missing a single field goal in back-to-back wins
against Millsaps and Hendrix. On Friday, he connected on all
10 of his field goal attempts to finish with a team-high 20 points
to go along with five rebounds, three assists and three blocks. He
picked up where he left off on Sunday, making all seven of his
attempts from the field to finish with 16 points, three rebounds,
three blocks and an assist.
